a) wipe dining room table and chairs, coffee table, mantle, walls near dining table (if needed)
b) vacuum and mop floors (ensure NO sticky residue post mopping)
d) dust bunnies under couch and cobwebs in corners
e) glass fireplace door
CHECK
a) couch and cushions for crumbs, hair or damage
b) mantle is staged correctly (see photo)
c) bookshelf is staged correctly (see photo)
FLIP
a) Scent reeds to invigorate the scent (it can get musty in the living area, please inform us if new reeds are needed).
This is generally how we prefer the bookshelf be staged. Please make sure that the books are organized by color. Most items on this are purposely stuck down on the shelf to avoid guest movement.
