Has anything been clearly damaged or stained?

10 = BEST
(This is necessary as it informs how we review and communicate with the departed guest)
INFORM us on the Whats App Group or your cleaning manager re the above
IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED:
Take 2 photos of the damage- 1 close up and 1 from afar (to see full item)
NOTE - this can INCLUDE stains to sheets/towels
Send photos to the WhatsApp Group or your cleaning manager
If linens/towels - place damaged/stained item in dedicated bag after documenting.
Important: If you must decommission sheets or towels due to stains, it must be documented for our insurance and replenish
